Holiday Home El Pueblo San Jose / San Augustin El Pueblo is the renovated stables of a traditional Finca at the edge of San José. The stables were converted into a detached house in Moroccan style with an attractive interior. The house consists of two attached apartments on different levels. There is a romantic, landscaped garden with lots of flowering plants. The swimming pool is on a lower level and has a sun terrace. You will enjoy view of the valley and San Antonio bay from the terraces.Its a few minutes by car to San José with its cosy pavement cafes, restaurants and shops. There are many attractive small bays in the area.There is a double bedroom and bathroom with wash basin, shower and toilet on the ground floor. Next to it is a small living room with a seating area and small kitchen with a fridge. Narrow outside stairs take you to the living room on the next floor. It is attractively furnished with pleasant ornaments and Moroccan pillars. The living area leads you to the double bedroom with French windows. The bathroom has a wash basin and shower. There is a separate toilet. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker and oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. It has a fine, large dining table. A large sliding door leads to the good sized terrace with its round table and comfortable rattan chairs. The apartments are not connected on the inside and each has its own entrance.NB: Due to some steeply sloping terraces, the holiday home cannot be rented to families with children between 6 months and 6 years.Due to the fact that the guesthouse needs to be accessed via a steep staircase on the outside of the property, is it less suitable for families with kids (up to 12 years old)
