It is on the west coast of Ibiza with panoramic views of Es Vedra and the sea.The living area has a comfortable sofa and dining table with chairs. The sliding door opens onto a terrace. There is a small open plan kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, cooker with oven and microwave. The washing machine is in a separate part of the patio. There are two double bedrooms with bathrooms in the house. At the other side of the patio is the guesthouse with a double bedroom with bathroom.The entrance gate leads to the patio. There is a partly covered terrace at the front of the house, sunloungers and wooden dining table. There is a brick-built barbecue at the side of the terrace. Stairs lead from the terrace to the shared swimming pool, which has its own sunbathing terrace.In a few minutes walk you can reach the beach of Cala Codolar by descending stairs made of stone. Vista es Vedra is around 15 minutes by car from San José and around 25 minutes from Ibiza Town. The Cala Conta beach, with its cafes and restaurants, is only a few minutes away by car.
